Diagnose Ingenieure / Field Systems

Where others stop, we get to work.

Structural diagnostics, intelligent inspection systems and digital evidence for structures, materials and places where standard methods reach their limits.Publicly appointed and sworn by IHK Aachen for building physics, inorganic building materials and renovation materials.

How we work

  1. 01

    Clarify the question

  2. 02

    Develop access

  3. 03

    Locate the evidence

  4. 04

    Secure the decision

01 / Inspection contexts

You name the task. We build the inspection process.

A cable robot is one possible answer, not a promise of performance. We connect the structure, material, operating conditions and measurement method into an operation that can answer the actual question.

  • 01 / What needs inspection?

    Structures + components
    • Cable systems + load-bearing cables
    • Bridges, roofs + structural frames
    • Facades, envelopes + coatings
    • Sewers, tunnels + cavities
  • 02 / What is it made of?

    Material + condition
    • Steel, wire + corrosion
    • Concrete, masonry + joints
    • Polymers, coatings + composites
    • Timber, glass + mixed constructions
  • 03 / Under which conditions?

    Location + operations
    • In service, alongside traffic, at height
    • Interiors + difficult-access areas
    • Events, stadiums + sensitive locations
    • A one-off task or a recurring programme

Measurement modules / combined for the task

More than images.

Depending on the inspection objective, we combine imaging, magnetic, laser, acoustic and other methods. The appropriate combination is established technically before deployment.

  • Visual
    Surface, geometry, documentation
  • Laser
    Distance, profile, deformation
  • Magnetic
    Metal, position, material changes
  • Acoustic
    Signals, events, changes over time
  • Ultrasound
Internal structure, time of flight, reflection
  • Thickness measurement
    Walls, layers, remaining cross-section
  • Thermography
    Temperature, moisture, areas of interest
  • Monitoring
    Vibration, climate, repeated condition records

02 / The deployment

One field system. No site circus.

Vehicle, compact trailer, cases, safety provisions and crew arrive as a prepared unit. Indoors or outdoors, we set up access, measurement and connectivity for the actual location rather than adapting the structure to the system.Where access and approvals allow, this approach reduces scaffolding, closures and downtime. Acquisition can be followed on the ground and in a browser, reviewed later and handed over as interactive digital evidence.

The field system in detail
  1. 01

    Pre-assess

    Task, standards, access

  2. 02

    Set up

    Trailer, safety provisions, reference

  3. 03

    Capture

    Live, synchronised, position-referenced

  4. 04

    Hand over

    Review, report, basis for decisions

03 / Digital inspection platform

Seeing is only the start. Context matters.

Video, measurements, position, condition and engineering commentary stay together. The resulting information can be reviewed live or in replay by the field team, project partners and client.Share live, replay, mark and assess. AI can help organise anomalies; engineering approval stays with people.

04 / Reference contexts

Set up. Capture. Move forward.

Large structures are not an end in themselves. They show why method, access and documentation have to stand up to real conditions.

05 / Trust can be checked

From technology to evidence.

The method must withstand the project requirements, the applicable standards and critical scrutiny. Access, raw data, findings and limits of interpretation therefore belong together.

  • Expert assessment

    Publicly appointed + sworn.
Publicly appointed and sworn by IHK Aachen for building physics, inorganic building materials and renovation materials.
  • Standards + method

    Grounded in the structure.
Current practice includes masonry, concrete and steel structures, monitoring and project-specific inspections under the applicable standards.

06 / Business models + price guidance

From the actual problem to the method.

Advise, develop, inspect, support. Rental makes sense once the system fits the task. Not before.

  • 01

    Consultancy + expert reports
The question, documentation, site visit and engineering assessment. For planning, existing structures, disputes and decisions.

    from €1,450 / day

  • 02

    Research + development
A new access, sensor or system solution for a specific structure, including a prototype and possible standardisation.

    from €15,000 / initial phase

  • 03

    Commission an inspection
We plan, set up, acquire, review and hand over the evidence. One project with a connected chain of engineering responsibility.

    from €5,000 / deployment

  • 04

    Equipment rental + training
Defined systems for qualified teams, including instruction, technical clarification and an agreed return.

    from €1,800 / day + training

  • 05

    Use the platform
Live review, replay, collaborative findings and reports for recurring programmes and project teams.

    from €750 / project month

07 / Locations

Three locations. One inspection process.

Head office on Föhr, project offices in Düsseldorf and Emden. From there, field systems, engineering expertise and digital evidence go where they are needed.
